windows messenger 8beta

due to its new version of windows, microsoft has released a new version of windows messenger which is available to those who wanna try it (link) . i have installed it yet, and i am just testing it and initially there only seems to appear some skin changes, but if you use it you will find some interesting changes:
it offers you some packages with emoticons, sounds and background images to use
overmore there is a great change in conversation windos: if you write two or more messages and the person you are talking havent written anything, all your texts apears grouped as if it had been written in just one messages, i mean it groups your messages so your name doesn't apear every time you write and send anything (similar to how google talk works)
this new version offers you a system to share files via sharing folders and free pc-to-pc calls (i haven't used these two extras but i supose pc-to-pc call works like skype more ro less. the case of shared files is different... as microsoft explains, the idea is that you are now able to send a folder to your friend and from that moment any change you make in that folder will be syncronized with the folder created in your friends computer.
